From your computer or mobile phone click the login button or My account icon on your mobile phone, and then click Register link beside the login form,  a registration form will open. To register as a seller, click Become a vendor link below the registration form  field, a seller registration form will open. enter your email and a verification code will be send to the email instantly, retrieve the code and enter it in the provided field, enter your user name, name, Store name, phone, address and click the submit button to complete your registration.

We will receive your registration form and come to physically verify your store. Upon verification, your registration will be approved..

Visit your login page, and click lost password link, enter the email you have on file in your account, when you click on reset password button an email will be sent to you, login to your email and follow the instructions. 

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

You can buy retail and wholesale products on Tradefair.ng after you have created account. Once you’ve found or search an item you’d like to buy on the shop page, you can go to checkout to complete your purchase by following the simple steps below.

1. Select Buy It Now on the listing, the product will add to your cart.

2. Select Proceed to  Checkout.

3. Fill in your shipping address, email address, and payment information.

4. Select Confirm and payment options the seller has provided. 

From the main menu navigate to your store manager page, click on product tab from the store manager menu to navigate to the product publish page. On the page you can select any product and duplicate it, add category, edit it and add your own price. You can also add product by clicking on add product tab, fill in the necessary information on the product, add product image and product image gallery and click the publish button to complete the process.

All Sellers Stores are physically verified to be approved for selling on Trdefair.ng.  Tradefair.ng is a safe and reliable marketplace to buy or sell products.

Our minimum resolution is listed as 600x600px we advise you to submit images as close as possible to 2000x2000px large. Post as many angles as possible. Remember online shopping is a very visual process.

To best describe the item you are selling; please mention all the key highlights of the item (main technical specs…), unique selling features, functionality, size or dimensions, weight and be factual. Do the pitch of what you are selling by showing the customers all the benefits of your product, add quality product image, and add more than one picture in the gallery.

You will receive an email explaining the reason for rejection. After understanding the concern, you can edit and resubmit the listing for upload.

Yes, after admin had enable the shipping and set default values for each shipping module, seller can then override the default values by setting up their own shipping rules.
